Experienced Cost Estimation Engineer Civil

Job Responsibilities:

1.Sound knowledge for the current market rates and shall independently handle tendering works related to preparation of commercial and technical bid proposals based on client's BOQ and scope of work as per ARAMCO/NEOM/RC and other standards and specs.
2.Cost Estimation Engineer specifically required for Civil related Site Development, Site Preparation, Backfilling, Berm Works, Slope Protection, Trenching, Excavation, Access Road Construction, Asphalt Road Construction, and relevant disciplines.
3.Cost Management: Assist in developing project budget and cost control measures & monitor the project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
4.Analyze and review the project drawings and specifications to identify variations and discrepancies.
