BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in network administration, preferably in an educational setting.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS, and iOS.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of wired and wireless networks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and diagnose network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, teachers, administrators, and other staff members.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
