As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and accurate 3D representations of furniture and architectural designs using 3dsmax or ketchup software. You will be responsible for turning concepts and drawings into detailed 3D models, helping clients and stakeholders visualize and understand the design intent. This role requires a combination of artistic creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models of automotive and architectural designs using SketchUp , 3dsmax or blender software.
2d Drafting: Drafting the created model in 2d using autocad
Visualization: Transform 2D drawings, sketches, and concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations.

Material and Texture Mapping: Apply appropriate textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models to achieve a high level of realism and visual appeal.

Design Review: Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to review and refine designs, ensuring they meet the project requirements.

Client Communication: Communicate design ideas and progress to clients and stakeholders through visual representations and presentations.

Quality Control: Ensure that all 3D visualizations are accurate, high-quality, and meet the company's standards.

File Management: Organize and maintain 3D files and documentation for easy access and version control.

Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, software advancements, and new techniques to enhance your skills and the quality of visualizations.

Technical Proficiency: Stay proficient in AutoCAD and other 3D modeling and visualization software tools.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure that 3D visualizations align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

Education: A degree or certification in a relevant field such as architecture, interior design, or 3D modeling is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as a 3D visualizer or draughtsman, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp), rendering software (e.g., V-Ray), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Creativity: Strong artistic and creative skills, with the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing 3D representations.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and progress to clients and team members.
