Key responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Respond promptly to customer sales inquiries to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries, striving for effective solutions in collaboration with company management.
• Regular contact with customers, especially those who have made a one-time purchase, to understand their needs and preferences.
• Offer personalized product recommendations and solutions to encourage repeat purchases and long-term business relationships.
• Adding new products that customers may need.
• Gathering information on the competitors daily.
• Informing the customers of any changes in prices of products.
• Update and maintain customer information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct planned weekly and monthly visits as per the assigned schedule.
• Provide timely reports by documenting and sharing the location and details of each customer visited.
• Send statements of accounts and payment reminders to customers at least a week before the due date.
• Balance confirmation with customers every month.
• Assist in periodic spot-checks of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Assist in periodic spot-checks of food safety practices within the warehouse.
