Role and Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, assigns, directs, reviews, and supervises the work of staff engaged in inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, modifying, repairing, installing, overhauling, and performing diagnostic work on all electrical equipment and components. Synchronous motors on all type of heavy equipment’s.

Evaluates worksites to determine necessary maintenance work. Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions. Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures. Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.

Responsible for managing maintaining of budget. Responsible for managing the duties of outside trades, contractors, service personnel and external inspections. Human resources duties including managing staff performance and absenteeism. Supports information technology systems and equipment.

Highly skilled and ethical professional with 5 years' experience in the field of operations as a maintenance supervisor.
