Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative

As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking ambitious and results driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-based basis.
Position Overview: As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital POS devices to supermarkets and retail establishments. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. This position offers a lucrative commission structure, where you will earn a competitive commission for each device successfully placed in a supermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential supermarket and retail clients in your assigned
territory.
• Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of our digital POS devices to potential customers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with supermarkets to secure placements for our devices.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, including location details, photos of market boards, and signed contracts with authorized personnel, are collected and submitted to the office.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate the installation and setup of POS devices in supermarkets.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.


Commission Structure:
• For each digital POS device successfully placed in a supermarket, you will earn a
commission of 25 Saudi Riyals (SR) per month. OR 50 SR PER DEVICE NO CASH THIS IS APPLICAPBLE FOR THE 3 MONTHS PERIOD OF YOUR JOB AS YOU FULLFILLING ,YOU CONTRACT WILL BE RENEWD AS PER YOUR PERFORMANCE .
and will giving referral commission on the monthly sales your device giving business.
• The target is to place a minimum of 120 devices per month, which could result in a substantial monthly commission based on performance.
• Once target achieved you will be getting 2000sr for the car allowance and for the fuel
• If you cross the target in this one-month period, you will be getting 35 for the remaining outlets.


Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or technology industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Familiarity with the sales process and documentation requirements.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.
