Position Overview

A high-performing Sales Executive is required with strong experience in the construction and contracting sector, established relationships with key industry clients, and a proven track record in achieving annual and semi-annual sales targets.
The role focuses on selling Smart Solutions systems and Building Automation products, including integrated security, automation, and project-based technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads within the construction and contracting market
• Promote Smart Solutions and Building Automation products to contractors and engineering offices
• Visit project sites and identify client technical requirements
• Prepare and submit quotations and follow up until closing
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to project handover
• Handle collections, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, engineering offices, and project managers
• Analyze competitors and identify market opportunities
• Provide monthly, semi-annual, and annual performance reports

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction/contracting sales
• Existing relationships with major contractors, engineering offices, and key decision-makers
• Proven ability to achieve annual and semi-annual sales targets
• Previous annual sales achievement of 1–2 million SAR
• Ability to close project deals ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 SAR
• Strong experience in collections and reducing payment delays
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit sites daily
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
