Description

Position: Barista

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, following recipes and ensuring quality and consistency
Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service
Operate coffee brewing and grinding equipment with precision
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of coffee beans and flavor profiles
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
