Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Graphic Designer with a strong background in large-format printing, signage layout, and production preparation. You will translate client concepts into print-ready, high-resolution vector artwork and production files for our fabrication team.
Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Create layouts for vinyl banners, vehicle wraps, illuminated storefront signs, lightboxes, and architectural signage.
• Pre-Press Setup: Prepare exact production-ready files with correct bleeds, crop marks, pantone matching, and cut contours.
• Material Coordination: Scale artwork accurately based on engineering drawings and specific substrate dimensions (e.g., acrylic, metal, PVC).
• Client Consultation: Review client-submitted files, troubleshoot low-resolution artwork, and provide digital mockups for approval.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with our workshop fabricators and installation team to ensure design feasibility. []1]

Technical Requirements
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CorelDRAW.
• Vector Expertise: Flawless ability to manipulate vector paths, nodes, and layers for CNC routing, laser cutting, and vinyl plotting.
• Large-Format Knowledge: Deep understanding of print production workflows, resolution limits, and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB).

Experience & Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of design experience specifically within a sign shop, commercial print shop, or fabrication environment.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating large-scale print projects, signage mockups, or structural fabrication design.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
