Responsible
Need maintenance skills in specific control disciplines, such as:
 Programmable logic controllers (PLC)
SIEMENS/SIMATIC Step7/WinCC software

 Variable frequency drive software (VFD)
SIEMENS/SINAMICS STARTER software

 Distributed control systems (DCS)
Yokogawa/Centum VP (desirable)

Requirement
 At least two years' experience working as a Process Control Engineer, Process Control, or a similar role in the Engineering department.
 Fundamental working knowledge of SIEMENS PLC logic
 HMI Programming
 Familiarity with SIEMENS VFD’s, encoders, network/Ethernet controls
 Plans and executes preventive maintenance for control system, and modifying it if required.
 Suggest improvements to current systems such as MOC
 Conduct trouble shooting to identify potential issues and solve for control system hardware, software and program/logic.
 Maintaining Program backup for control system
 Managing required spare parts, software version

General requirements
 Proficiency in MS Office
 Proficiency in SAP system
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong analytical skills
 Excellent multitasking skills
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Ability to work well in a team environment
 Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports
 Ability to maintain a good working relationship with the customers, vendors, other department team members and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
