Description

Urgent requirements for solar power Plant Site Commissioning Engineer 11 nos, and site Operations & Maintenance Engineer 2 nos.

Qualification and Key responsibility for Commissioning Engineer,

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certification in project management, engineering, or commissioning (e.g., PMP, CEM, or equivalent) is preferred but not a must.

5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in renewable energy projects, particularly Hybrid PPC, EMS, PV and BESS. Systems
Strong knowledge of grid-tied PV systems, BESS technology, and microgrid/utility interconnection.
Proven experience in project engineering and on-site commissioning of renewable energy projects.

Proficient in design and simulation software (e.g., PV System, AutoCAD, ETAP, Power Factory).
Familiarity with energy storage systems, including battery chemistry, degradation, and charge-discharge cycles.
Strong understanding of power electronics, grid codes, and protection relay settings.

Bachelor / master’s in engineering EEE, ECE, EIE, CSE, IT, Power Systems or a related engineering discipline.
• 5 – 10 years of experience in SCADA / EMS / DMS engineering, commissioning, integration, maintenance, or
AMC support.
• Experience in post-commissioning support or AMC support for live utility SCADA / EMS / DMS systems is
preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SCADA database configuration, telemetry mapping, displays, alarms, trends, and
reports.
• Experience in communication protocol testing and troubleshooting such as IEC 101, IEC 104, ICCP, DNP3, or
Modbus.
• Experience in live utility environments such as transmission, distribution, renewable energy, substations, or
control centres.
• Experience with platforms such as GEV, OSI, Siemens, Hitachi Energy, Schneider, GE, ABB, or equivalent
SCADA/EMS systems will be an added advantage.
