Job Description-

Coordinating internally within the Project Control Team to ensure effective
coordination and communications.
- Drafting e-mail, documents and SOPs as required and/or requested by the Project
Control Team.
- Maintaining letter tracking logs and updating the letter correspondences to monitor
and report any pending responses from/by the Project Teams.
- Assist the Project Control Manager and Project Control Team in managing internal
Project works including but not limited to keeping logs, documenting minutes, etc.
- Assist the Project Control Manager to direct Project control strategies and methods
within the Project Control Team.
- Assist the Project Control Team to utilize the organization’s EDMS in order to maintain
official correspondence.
- Creating MS Word documents, MS Excel Spreadsheets, and MS Power Point
Presentation as required and/or requested by the Project Control Team.

Requirement-

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university.
Fresh ~ 02 years of experience.
(Mech./Elec. Engineering degree to be preferred).
- Advanced computer skills and advance proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient English user.
- Familiarity with Project Management structure and practices.
