Education: B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field

Language Skills: Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing)

Salary: Negotiable and Based on Interview.

Responsibilities:

Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and close-out.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and terms and conditions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with contracts.
Participate in contract negotiations with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, including amendments and change orders.
Perform cost analysis and evaluate the financial impact of contract terms.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor and assess contract performance, addressing any deviations or non-compliance.
Establish and maintain a systematic process for document control.
Requirements:

B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts (Red, Yellow, and Silver).
Experience in working on EOT (Extension of Time) claims.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Professional certifications in contract management would be an advantage.
