Description

• Coordinating between MEP and Civil Drawings at the site.
• Prepare the design, shop drawings, installation details,
• Prepare product data sheet, material samples,
• Prepare work inspection plans, methods statements, and delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the project's requirements.
• Reviewing submittals before submission to the Consultant.
• Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the Contractor and the Consultants,
• Review the weekly reports, forward work plans, and daily reports to verify comprehensive and achievement percentage
• Activity documentation.
• Knowledge in lighting & small power system
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm system.
• Knowledge of low-current systems ( data, telephone, CCTV, sound, access control, lighting control, etc.. )
• Knowledge of the BMS system
• Site implementation related to Electrical areas
• To check & review the selection and load calculations
• Prepare material requests for procurement
• Coordination with Architects & Engineers for timely completion of projects, and quality check for electrical work done.
• As built drawing preparation & quantity take off
• Preparing the progressive quantity/invoice for the electrical work executed
• Preparing the progressive quantity/invoice for the subcontractor
• Coordination with the suppliers for the delivery & installation.
• Handling any other jobs as delegated by the Head of Department.
