Reporting To: Manager -Facility Management


Role: Sale Engineer for Facility Maintenance.

Responsibility:
• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our services to customers.
• Introducing Facility Management Services provided by the company.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact.
• Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations,
estimation, pricing, tendering and high-quality submissions to win tenders.
• Securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Generating the clientele data base who seeking the Facility Management services.
• Developing and implementing online sales strategies.
• Researching, developing, and modifying services to meet customer’s needs.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing
strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions
to upper management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Willingness to travel to meet the clients in FM Industry.

Skills & Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree/Associate Diploma in engineering/Science is preferable.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales.
• A proven track record in FM industry is must.
• English language is a must & Arabic knowledge is added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
