Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor with 3 to 4 years of experience in oilfield and industrial services to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of site operations, safety protocols, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to execute project plans efficiently.
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and inventory management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in site supervision within the oilfield and industrial services sector.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
