Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Materials Audit Specialist/Senior Storekeeper.
This role involves conducting comprehensive audits of rig warehouses, performing full cycle counts, reviewing standards and procedures, and providing expert recommendations for improvement in line with industry benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the drilling industry, with a deep understanding of drilling equipment, processes, and procedures.
Conduct thorough audits of rig warehouses, including performing full cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory management.
Assess and review existing materials management standards and procedures against industry benchmarks and best practices.
Provide key observations and detailed recommendations for operational improvements in materials management and warehouse operations.

Ensure all materials handling and storage practices comply with relevant safety, environmental and industry regulations.
Identify areas of inefficiency and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall materials management lifecycle.
Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to understand specific challenges and tailor audit processes accordingly.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and actionable insights for clients.
Share expertise and best practices with client teams, contributing to their ongoing development and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in materials management within the drilling industry.
- Extensive knowledge of drilling equipment, materials, and associated processes and procedures.
- Proven track record of conducting warehouse audits and inventory assessments in an offshore environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant certifications in auditing, inventory management, or supply chain preferred.

Education/Training
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
Candidate to have a valid BOSIET certificate for offshore rotation.

Work Environment
The role involves working in onshore & offshore environments on a rotational basis, requiring flexibility and adaptability to challenging conditions.
