A Leading facility management service company is looking for an experienced landscaping supervisor with knowledgeable of Indoor and Outdoor technical Supervisor to oversee the operations of our landscaping maintenance department.

Job Location - Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Job description / Role

1. Must be minimum 5 years of experience.
2. Well knowledge of plants, shrubs, groundcover, seasonal flowers and fertilizers etc.
3. Overseeing the work of landscapers and ensuring that they are performing their tasks efficiently and safely.
4. Training new hires and ensuring that they follow company policies and safety procedures.
5. Assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure that projects / maintenance is completed on time and within budget.
6. Maintaining the quality of work and ensuring that all equipment is in good condition.
7. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and desires, and making sure that their expectations are met.
8. Developing and implementing plans for landscaping projects, including design and maintenance.
9. Maintaining records and schedules, including those related to projects / maintenance timelines and budgets.
10. Ordering supplies and equipment and managing inventory to ensure that all necessary materials are available.
11. Managing budgets and ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
12. Providing leadership and direction to the landscaping team and fostering a positive work environment.
