Need procurement officer

1.???? Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
2.???? Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement and logistics operations.
3.???? Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
4.???? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement and logistics transactions.
5.???? Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement and logistics requirements.
6.???? Manage the end-to-end procurement process in timely and efficient manner
7.???? Work closely with vendors to establish and maintain strong relationships.
8.???? Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to align procurement and logistics activities with organizational goals.
9.???? Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to arrange transportation services in timely and efficient delivery.
10.? Making Saber/MOI certifications for shipments coming into the Kingdom.
11.? Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and inventory, to coordinate the movement of goods.
12.?? Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in shipping operations.

Qualification
Post-Graduation in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering
