Description

We are currently looking for IT desktop support for our business operations with the following requirements:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Microsoft SQL Database, MariaDB, MAC, Linux Server and operating systems.
Knowledge of Hikvission devices and ZKTeco
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
2 years of relevant experience
Should be locally available in Jeddah
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain networks, firewall and systems.
Provide technical support to staff.
