Job Summary:
As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our company's fleet of vehicles. Your primary objective will be to ensure effective use of the fleet and maintain them in optimal condition while ensuring compliance with all transport laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet including maintenance schedules, route planning, and driver management.
Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.
Implement fleet management best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer service.
Manage fleet-related budgets and provide regular reports on fleet operation metrics.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of fleet management and maintenance best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in fleet management software and GPS systems.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to fleet operations.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
