Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality services, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationships management, and providing internal and external communication support.


Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Operations Management skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Experience in customer service and Freight Forwarding
Ability to prioritize workload, multitask and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations with ease
Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is mandatory
Degree in Business Administration or Supply
