Key Responsibilities: Multi Disciplinary Estimator
✔️ Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations
✔️ Review RFQs, drawings, BOQs & specifications
✔️ Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis
✔️ Obtain & evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
✔️ Prepare competitive technical & commercial offers
✔️ Identify scope gaps, exclusions and assumptions
✔️ Coordinate with technical/procurement teams for pricing

Requirements:
✔️ 2-3 years of relevant estimation/tendering experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary construction works
✔️ Good understanding of drawings, BOQs and specifications
✔️ Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills
✔️ Saudi/GCC experience preferred
