Greetings

We are Hiring Sales Coordinator to Join Our Sales & Marketing Team for Fire Services Division in Dammam. Prefer Industry Experience.

Job role :
• Job Card costing for service and maintenance for fire Extinguishers.
• Creating and sending Quotations
• Daily email correspondence with customers
• Petty cash requests preparation and claims.
• Planning and scheduling FSD deliveries
• Creating purchase requisitions
• Handling customer payments and receipts (cash/cheque)
• Submitting time sheets for overtime of FSD technicians
• Creating sales orders, picking lists/packing slips, delivery notes and coordinating with warehouse and workshop and end-users
• Daily filing of documents and reports
• Updating of sales reports

Requirements :
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
- + 4 years’ experience in fire & Safety and trade as a sales coordinator (Preferably candidate was working with Hiba Company ).

Other Details:
Job Location: Dammam - KSA
• Valid & Transferable iqama Needed.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Join immediately or join within 1 month.
• Contract Status : Single .
• Annual leave: 30 Calendar days
• Working hours : 8 per day , 6 days per week , 48 days per a week .
