Description

Responsibilities:

 Baristas make and serve beverages, such as coffee and tea, and foods, such as sandwiches, muffins, or cookies. They package coffee blends, make coffee and tea, explain menu items to customers, clean, and attempt to ensure that customers are comfortable and satisfied.
 Engaging to the customer on a daily basis do up selling and maintaining good customer service at all times.
 Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
 Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
 Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons.
 Always have the initiative in work and adopting fast pace environment.

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 3 years experience in a Coffee Shop or Restaurant.
 Age is 25 up to 40 years old.
 At least Senior HS graduate.
 Good communication skills.
 Able to speak English and Arabic
 Fast learner.
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Quick & Efficient working manners.
 Flexible in work schedules & task assignments.
