Direct Reporting Relationships: Reports to Executive Director

Department: Real Estate Advisory

Location: Riyadh

Role Purpose:
Responsible for day-to-day communication with real estate developers, investors, and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Thorough knowledge of GCC real estate sector and sound intellect of major real estate developers and investors active at regional and international level
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Proactive communication skills with real estate developers, investors and other related stakeholders
Work with minimum supervision and a great deal of flexibility
Ability to cater all types of client’s requirements related with technical and project-related information
To prioritize tasks effectively and work on multiple projects in parallel
Ensure the information provided to potential investors and stakeholders are timely and precise according to client business needs while meeting the company's quality standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge / Skills
? Obtained leadership & project management skills
? Excellent communication skills in English language
? Good Experience in data management and presentation

Education / Certifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration

Experience
Possess a minimum 6 – 8 year’s experience in a known advisory firm
