Description

Manage production department’s daily operations.
 Make production plan for 5 Tubemills Production Lines
 Make production plan for 2 Slitting Lines
 Responsible for creating Job order and issuing JO to supervisor/operator.
 Arrange daily manpower distribution or during employees’ vacation period.
 Facilitate the training for new employees/employees whenever needed.
 Responsible in preparing material requisition base on Production Plan.
 Ensure that all excel files, KPI files and ISO related files update daily basis.
 Ensure that all production transactions available in Oracle system/SAP.
 Responsible in preparing and updating weekly Production Plan through
system.
 Coordinate with other departments such as quality control, engineering,
stores, & materials.
 Coordinate with warehouse for all raw materials requirements.
 If found any maintenance problem immediately inform to Maintenance
Department.
 Communicate to the General / Deputy Manager about production status and
issues or problem about machine and manpower.
 Communicate to Sales and Purchase department for Material & production
update and on time delivery of product.
 Communicate to Quality control in charge, Store in charge, and Maintenance
in charge for any issues arise during production.
 Ensuring the cleanliness and Safety inside the factory.
