Female Off Admin With supervision (Night Shift Only)

NOTE: Visit Visa candidates can apply if their period is atleast over 45 days for the next extension date

After the probation period is over , and if the candidate is fully committed and smart enough to the work , we will arrange to transfer under company sponsorship or PROVIDE WORK VISA( If required )

work timing :
SUN - THU: 10am to 6:30 am
Fri & Sat - OFF

( Work Hours can be adjusted & supported if the candidate is flexible & fulfilling the duty works within the provided time )

Applying candidates :

Priority :
Must have basic computer knowledge , Word & Excel handling . Active & smart enough to handle situations .

must have below qualities to consider ,

1. Excellent Communication skills - specially Fluency in English ( read & write) &
If Arabic (basic) is a plus .
2. Extremely Organized in note-taking , keeping reminders , followup and quick email responses.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and ability to balance work load in a professional manner..
4. Punctual , Focused & flexible with work hours.
5. Pay attention to small details.
6. Monitor Staff activities and manage reporting on daily basis.
7. Push greetings emails and process minor follow-up emails with clients - as and when necessary
8. Dynamic and fluid while keep things very linear and streamlined.
9. Logical Mindset
10. Must be flexible with the work timings
11.Must be flexible with the work timings & ready to travel within kingdom for meetings whenever necessary - (will be given more preference)

Salary : 2000 SR - 3500 SR , based on the candidate capacity after interview .

--} Mobile will be provided & Telephone expenses will be paid by company .
--} all company related meetings/travel expenses will be paid by company .

local transportation for pick up & drop will NOT be provided ,

Preferred Candidates :

Single
Nationality : Pakistan / Indian / Egypt / syrian or other nationals
candidates in and around Rabwah / Naseem / rowdha area , .

+ Tele marketing : To call existing & new clients and take lead orders and pass it to the engineers to handle it technical , any sales generated through that will be paid commission % of the invoice value.
