Job Title: ELV Site Supervisor

Experience: 5-8 years

Education: Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) systems, with a focus on CCTV and Access Control systems.

- Manage day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that ELV installations are carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project team, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that ELV systems meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of electronics and communication engineering to troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and offer guidance to the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project progress, installation procedures, and any modifications made to the ELV systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project milestones.
- Ensure that all ELV installations adhere to relevant safety and regulatory standards. Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
- Provide training to the team members on the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of ELV systems.
- Monitor and manage the budget for ELV projects, keeping costs within the allocated limits and reporting any deviations to the project manager.
-Regularly report project status, issues, and resolutions to the project manager. Prepare and submit progress reports as required.

- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the project, working proactively to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in supervising ELV installations, with a specific focus on CCTV and Access Control systems.

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, particularly in CCTV and Access Control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Salary : 4000 to 5000 Basic salary .
