Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research: Stay ahead of KSA and international tax laws, promptly reporting changes or updates.
Advisory Expertise: Provide expert advice on VAT, WHT, Zakat, and transfer pricing rules in KSA.
Audit Support: Assist in audits and diligently prepare quarterly and annual tax compliance requirements.
Gap Analysis: Conduct audits and report compliance gaps, ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory deadlines.
Special Projects: Contribute to special projects, ad hoc analyses, and other taxation-related requests from management.
Returns Review: Review and ensure accurate filing of tax returns in accordance with tax authorities.

Background, Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance and/or Law.
Experience: 4 or more years’ experience in taxation working in a Big Four, real estate/construction company and/or in a similar field
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tax and Zakat laws.
Beneficial: Previous experience with SAP.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, implementing effective solutions.
