Description

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 Years in OSP projects.
- Minimum 6 Years in Management Districts.
- High knowledge of MS Office.
- PMP Certified

Planning and managing a program of work to evaluate proposals and provide advice, guidance, and any instruction required.
Supervising project management duties will include coordination of a wide range of discipline inputs; monitoring and protecting our client relationships; planning and programming; commercial management; and presenting projects for audit.
Providing leadership and direction to the project team through the proactive, engaging communication of project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule.
Defining project objectives, scopes, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitating project meetings and working sessions, documenting decisions and next steps.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Managing, accounting for, and assessing risk with an understanding of risk identification and management.
Working in collaboration with other work packages to ensure the integrity of the overall program schedule and facilitate meetings as required.
Providing management within an integrated client/consultant team organization.
Managing and being accountable for your scope of work on the project.
Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project execution plan and managing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives. Managing all phases throughout the project scope, including project set-up, design, and project coordination.
Being actively engaged in the health, safety, and well-being of the project at all stages.
Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant throughout the project.
Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
Managing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.
Communicating with all project parties/stakeholders and ensuring suitable records are maintained. Develop, manage, and maintain effective positive client relationships.
Ensuring that the terms of the contract are followed and managing scope changes effectively in delivering project objectives.
