Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a background in
Electrical Engineering to lead our Riyadh project. Candidate should have a solid
experience in Low Current Systems, particularly in CCTV and Access Control.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
objectives.
- Oversee all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in
a timely and clear manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Allocate resources and coordinate project staff to meet project objectives.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Utilize core expertise in Low Current Systems, with a focus on CCTV and Access
Control.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables
meet high standards.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and
progress reports.
- Apply PMI methodologies to project management processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical engineering
projects.
- Strong background in Low Current Systems, specifically CCTV and Access Control.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within
budget.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
