Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jubail. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR) at ALBALATIN CONTRACTING COMPANY LIMITED LLC.



Qualifications

Strong experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and regulations
Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources (HR) operations
Excellent leadership and management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
Good knowledge of talent acquisition, HR analytics for better reporting/ recommendations, compensation and payroll are preferred.
Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage
