SALARY RANGE- 3000 -4000 SAR

1. Inventory Management:
 Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.
 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
 Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
 Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
 Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
 Space Planning as per cargo arrival.

2. Logistics Coordination:
 Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
 Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
 Address any issues or delays in the supply chain promptly.
 Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Documentation and Filing of Inward and Outward Dispatch as Per the SOP
 Planning and managing transportation and customer delivery processes as per TAT.
 Make sure all Proof of Dispatch/ Return/ Deliveries are properly maintained.
 Plan to manage the import process including Freight management and Quality Process

4. Team Leadership:
 Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
 Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and accountability.
 Maintain Petty Cash expenses for the Warehouse and submit the statement / Invoices to the Accounts dept every week.
 Plan the purchase of warehouse-related consumables and maintain the inventory level. (Tape / Pallet Roll, Office stationery, etc)
5. Quality Assurance:
 Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of shipped and received products.
 Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
 Ensuring the safety of our staff & contract workers/laborers if any
