Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This position is open to both male and female candidates who possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, along with a strong IT knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to clients, ensuring effective communication of value propositions.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Stay proactive in building a strong network of industry contacts and attending relevant events.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of IT products and services, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive for success.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
