About the Role:

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of our warehouse operations, including:

Inventory management: Overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
Team leadership: Supervising a team of warehouse associates and ensuring they are meeting productivity goals
Safety and compliance: Enforcing all safety regulations and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently
Reporting and metrics: Tracking key performance indicators and reporting on warehouse activity

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center environment
Strong understanding of warehouse principles and best practices
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) a plus
Forklift certification a plus
