Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Riyadh , KSA

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
Analyze, interpret, and present complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
Design and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for comprehensive reporting.
Advanced level of Excel formulas , dashboards , VBA , Pivot Charts,
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the overall Business Intelligence strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on MIS and Business Intelligence.
Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience in designing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and trends.
Knowledge of data security and privacy considerations in Business Intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power BI certification.
Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
Familiarity with other Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
Preferred with 3 years of experience in same role.
Must be available locally in KSA with Transferable iqama.
