Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Riyadh for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer. The Operations and Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, conducting regular inspections, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Engineer will also work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance in a industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience in project management and supervising personnel is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Saudi nationals are preferred.
