Al- Sawab Co. is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in IT not less than 5 years.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Analytical skills to assess sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
