Requirements:

1- At least two years of experience in fine dining restaurants
2- Arabic language from good to excellent
3- The ability to work proactively to improve guest
4- Strong supervisory and management skills with a hands-on approach and exemplary work style
Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests
5- Ability to find creative solutions with proven abilities to solve problems and provide support when needed
6- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an appropriate environment Requires Excellence, Time and Energy
7- Experience working with IT systems on different platforms
Strong communication skills
8- Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
9- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
10 - Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional?manner
