We are looking for the position mentioned below for our client in Saudi Arabia.

Carpentry Supervisor based on the below JD provided.


PURPOSE: To Supervises, directs and inspects the work of carpenters relating to the installation and/or replacement of flooring, doors, building hardware, trim, window frames, sashes, partitions, etc. on job sites and in the modular building.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Estimates job requirements from plans and specifications and/or field surveys, Requisitions materials and equipment, Supervises, directs, and is responsible for the proper operation of the building interior installations. When required, lays out and supervises the heavy and rough carpentry work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of shoring, bulkheads, scaffolds, dock facilities, construction sheds, promenades, etc., and Installation of Door, Door locks & door stoppers, gypsum board, Mirrors, Cabinets & wardrobes etc.,

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Minimal supervision after review of operational effectiveness with specific instructions from the Superintendent of Section. Work assignments are received in the form of work orders, sometimes accompanied by prints, sketches or oral instructions. Work is performed in accordance with standard trade practices. Keeps records and prepares reports.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school graduation or Diploma.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES: 10 to 15 years of skilled/journey-level experience including 7 years in a supervisory capacity.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to use all type of carpentry tools and equipment/Machines.
