Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Mashael, Riyadh

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the comprehensive management and daily operations of the warehouse in Riyadh.
Ensure accuracy in inventory management, including regular stock checks and optimization of inventory.
Optimize the warehouse space layout and storage methods to ensure safe and efficient storage and handling of goods.
Guide and supervise the processes of receiving, storing, sorting, and dispatching goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Manage and train the warehouse team, schedule work, and assess performance to establish an efficient team culture.
Strictly adhere to safety procedures to ensure safety and compliance in warehouse operations and prevent accidents.
Requirements:

Preference for managers with many years of warehouse management experience.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and modern warehouse operation techniques.
Excellent organizational management and team leadership skills, effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate with team members of diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, capable of handling international business and multicultural communication.
