Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy and Vision:
o Developing and defining the product strategy and vision align with the company's goals, particularly in logistics and supply chain management.
o Keeping up-to-date with the latest logistics and technology trends ensures the product remains competitive and innovative.

• Market Analysis:
o Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends in the logistics sector.
o Identifying opportunities for new product features or enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

• Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
o Collaborating with engineering, design, and sales teams to develop and enhance products that meet the needs of logistics clients.
o Managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:
o Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support departments.
o Facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to ensure product goals are met.

• Customer Engagement and Feedback:
o Engaging with customers to gather feedback on product features and performance.
o Using customer insights to drive improvements and inform the product roadmap.

• Performance Metrics:
o Defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
o Reporting on product performance to senior management and stakeholders.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
o Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate product design and functionality effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure that wireframes and prototypes align with customer needs and technical feasibility.




Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o A bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is often preferred.
o
• Experience:
o 4-6 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry. Familiarity with logistics processes, challenges, and technology solutions.

• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development processes.

• Technical Knowledge:
o Knowledge of the latest logistics software and technologies.
o Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
o Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
o Ability to translate complex logistics processes into clear, user-friendly interface designs.
