Leading Group on Facility Management Located in Riyadh is looking for the following:

Plumbing Supervisor
Prioritize, assign and schedule work for the Projects Plumbing team.
Checks work in progress to verify work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met.
Provides guidance and direction to subordinates as required.

-UPS Supervisor & UPS Technician
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various UPS systems on location.
Resolve complex UPS systems and related electrical problems.
Modify UPS systems and electrical wiring.
Ability to perform PPM and clear alarms for all types of UPS.
Ability to perform battery testing and evaluate battery health and lifetime remaining.
Familiar with STS (static transfer switch).
Aware and Preferable certificate training from any UPS company (Socomec, Verti, Schneider).

-Electro-Mechanical Supervisor & Electro-Mechanical Technician
Troubleshooting: Sliding door technicians should have strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. They may need to diagnose complex problems by inspecting the door's mechanisms, electrical systems, sensors, or control panels.
Familiar with (Geze sliding & Record sliding & Dorma swing doors).
Ability to dismantle and install doors and perform alignment.
Aware of sliding door programming.
