Business Development Manager

A Canada based company looking for the same position for Saudi Arabia Location.

A candidate should be Electromechanical Engineer and have 5 years of minimum experience in the same field in Saudi Arabia.

* He /She Should have bidding knowledge.
* Bring the project for the company and execute the same.(awareness of Marketing Strategics)
* Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention
to budgetary limitations
* Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
* Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues


Requirements and skills

* Proven experience as construction project manager - Min exp required 5 -10 years
* In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
* Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards0
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent organizational & time-management skills
