1. Should be well-versed with Indian cuisine cooking (Tandoor, Curry OR South Indian).
2. Should have previous experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
3. Work under the Chef in maintaining top quality and hygiene standards of Kitchen as per established processes.
4. Execute recipes flawlessly.

Overtime, accommodation, food and transport provided by company.
