The candidates should know the BIM modelling standards and guidelines, they develop and maintain BIM protocols and execution plans and other documentation while coordinating work information flows and reporting directly to project leadership but are also overseen by the BIM manager, they are an integral part of the design team who leads and coordinates the process of generating digital models and integrated data about a project from the design stage to the construction stage.
