Our is a dynamic and innovative Trading and Contracting company. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive the expansion of our business.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
6. Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of Manpower Contracting and market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
6. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
