Description

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and mechanics in the workshop
- Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor inventory of parts and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the trucks to identify any potential issues or areas in need of maintenance.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Registering all the accumulated processing times.
- Using various checklists during truck reception.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on the trucks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, preferably in Mercedes and Volvo Trucks.
- Use the diagnostic tool Mercedes.
- Strong knowledge of truck maintenance and repair techniques.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification or degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
