Supervise and follow up on the daily operations of several restaurant branches, in order to meet the quality standards of customer services in the company, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
Requirements
• 4 to 6 years’ experience in Operations role, with at least 2 years in managerial role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Experience in the field of restaurants, he prefers fast food
• Result Driven
• Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
• Sales & Profit Management
• Communication & Presentation Skills
• People Management Skills Job Description
• A good negotiator, excellent skills in interpersonal communication and relationship building
